First time here. Very easy to make an appointment. Efficient check in, and then met Catie who administered my testing. She took a few minutes to ask me about myself, and shared a little about herself before we started the testing. Clear instructions, easy to understand. She explained the results and gave me several recommendations which I am considering. All around a great experience.

I really loved this hearing center! They seemed to go out of their way to help me from the very first time I went there. Dr. Joe was very kind and explained everything he did. Their office is accessable to wheelchairs, which I think is great!! I would highly recommend this office to anyone having hearing problems. They will do all they can to help you! I wish all my doctor's where like Dr. Joe.

Had my first appointment with Premier Hearing Center today. Office staff was friendly and very helpful. Catie , was very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I was very happy with the service and office. The only thing I would suggest is as a new patient, if we set up an appointment at least a month ahead it would be nice if you would mail out the forms so we could mail them back, which will save a little time at the office visit.

“Our daughter would come into the room and ask why I had the TV so loud. It’s nice to be able to be in the room with others and not have them going crazy with the loud volume. It’s a good feeling to now have the sound come right into my hearing aids.”
